GUREAK INKLUSIO FUNDAZIOA
A private foundation with a social purpose to offer job placement to people in risk or danger of social exclusion, especially giving chance of socio-labor inclusion to disabled people through the workforce, using innovative methodologies such as employability improvement, career guidance, intermediation, and pairing and adaptation of work processes and environments.
THE PLAN OF ACTION FOR 2019 INVOLVES CARRYING OUT THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMMES AND PROJECTS:
- Skills development and training programmes for people with disabilities. e.g. Training for finding and keeping a job, training in simulated situations and acquiring social and work habits that comply with these principles:
- Learning by doing
- Adapted (Length, sequence, approach to employment, etc.)
- Individualisation
- Orientation to work
- Innovation in methodology
- Certifiable

- Other occupational inclusion for people at risk of exclusion: Gureak Inklusio Fundazioa may direct its actions at other groups at the request of public and private institutions that require the knowledge and methodologies mentioned above (as in the Landuz programme within the sphere of employability strategy and inclusive activation in Gipuzkoa province, Elkar-Ekin, set up by the Gipuzkoa provincial authority).
