Aukerability
Project co-funded by the European Social Fund (50%) and the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa (25% in 4 years) in the scope of the Basque Country Operational Programme 2014-2020 with the aim of improving the employability of people with disability and finding job opportunities for them.
Several EHLABE organisations participate in the project, one of which is GUREAK.
PEOPLE
(has a bearing on the development and training of people)
In-job training (training contracts) to help people to obtain skills for the working world.
For people with special support needs who can therefore access the ordinary working world, learn new activities and acquire skills.
MARKET + ADAPTATION OF PROCESSES / JOBS
Search for new market activities and niches capable of creating jobs.
Analysis and adaptation to facilitate the taking up of different jobs by people with disability.
OBJECTIVES
Objectives of the actions and projects set in motion by GUREAK over the 7 years of the programme:
WORK PLACEMENTS
49 a year (343 in the 7 years of the programme).
DUAL TRAINING
10 training contracts a year (70 in total).
Egokituz
10 adapted jobs (70 in total).
MARKET
35 employees a year (245 in total).
GUREAK BUDGET: 4,000,000 EUROS
At GUREAK, it is anticipated that almost 700 people participate in the different projects, learning new skills, improving their employability, and sometimes landing a job
Gazteability
Is a project co-funded by the European Social Fund (91.87% of the eligible cost) in the scope of the BAC Youth Employment Operational Programme, focussed on improving employability and finding job opportunities for people with disability aged under 30.
TRAINING
Consists of unpaid, supported work experience in companies, opening the door to the job market by learning to carry out tasks and acquiring skills with a view to landing a job.
OBJECTIVES
In the two years’ duration of the project, 60 people with disability will complete a 12-month programme of company work experience to improve their employability.
